Sleep (head) Catherine Yass

Catherine experiments with colour and processing methods to create intense images. This lone figure seems distant and detached. Catherine uses reversed tones, or solarisation, around the figure’s head to create an aura. Once mounted on the light box, the image becomes even more luminous.
